If you’re a community operator reporting an incident under the Blanket Resident Liability (BRL) policy, please use the form below to submit a claim. This coverage provides protection against certain resident-caused property damage or liability at covered rental properties.
You may submit a claim if a resident has caused property damage or bodily injury due to incidents (examples below):
✅ What’s Covered:
-Fire or smoke damage
-Water overflow from appliances (e.g., washer, dishwasher, refrigerator, aquarium)
-Explosion originating inside the unit
-Falling objects that damage the structure
-Bodily injury occurring on the premises (under the Premises Liability Endorsement)

ℹ️ What Happens Next?
After submission, our claims team will review your report. If additional information is needed, we’ll reach out. Please allow up to 30 days for claim determination after receiving all necessary documentation.
